Section 31
Organizational Structure and Staffing of the Commission

(1) The organizational structure of the Commission shall be as approved by the Government of Nepal with the consent of the Ministry of Finance (2) The Government of Nepal shall provide the necessary staff for the operation of the Commission until the staff is appointed to the Commission.
